The Buyer has the right to cancel the Purchase - Sale Agreement with the Seller concluded in the online store, by notifying the Seller in writing within 14 (fourteen) working days from the day of delivery of the goods. This provision means that if the Buyer changes his mind during the mentioned period or decides to refuse the Product for other reasons, he has the right to notify the Seller of his decision, refuse the Agreement, return the Product to the Seller and recover the money paid. A VAT invoice must be submitted when returning.
To the buyer who canceled the Agreement, all money paid for the Product is returned, excluding delivery costs. After receiving the Goods and assessing their quality, the Seller returns the money for the Goods no later than within 14 (fourteen) days from the receipt of the written notice of withdrawal from the Agreement.
The returned Product must be undamaged, without losing its commercial appearance (labels, protective film, etc. intact), and it must also be unused. All returned Goods must be with the original labels, protective bags and the same accessories with which they were sold. The returned Product must be in a neat original packaging (with instructions and a warranty card, if they were delivered with the Product) of the same composition as the one purchased by the Buyer.
A product that the Buyer (user) does not like due to its shape, size, color, model or completeness can be replaced (returned) only if no more than 14 days have passed since the day of sale of the product.
If the delivered product does not meet the quality requirements or the Buyer (user) does not like the shape, size, color, model or completeness of the purchased product (except for the products specified in legal acts, which the Buyer has no right to change (return) due to the fact that he does not like the shape, size, color of the product , model or completeness), the Buyer must contact the Seller.
The goods are returned in the original product packaging together with the product documents. A VAT invoice must be attached to the return.
The Buyer is responsible for the proper assembly and packaging of the returned goods. If the product is not complete and/or properly packed, the Seller does not accept the returned product.
Goods are not accepted back if they have been used and/or have been damaged and/or have lost their commercial appearance (changes to the appearance of the goods or their packaging, which were necessary to inspect the goods, are not considered essential changes to the appearance of the goods).
All money paid for the Product will be returned to the buyer, excluding delivery costs.
